6. Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping on eligible orders. Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days for standard products, up to 30 business days for made-to-order pieces. International orders vary by destination. Import duties and customs fees are the customer's sole responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final once delivered and opened. Returns accepted within 7 days for damaged or defective items in original sealed packaging. Contact contact@rapunzel.com with your order number and photos. Approved refunds issued within 10 business days.

8. Product Care
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow care instructions. Color fading on dyed pieces over time is a natural characteristic of human hair and is not considered a defect.
