Return Requirements

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is proven to be defective or incorrect upon arrival.

Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of hair products that come into direct contact with the scalp if the original packaging has been opened or the item shows signs of use. In case of manufacturing defects, these items are covered by our warranty.

Refund Process
